Return Policy

No merchandise may be returned to Avlex without prior written approval. Avlex is under no obligation to grant such approval. If such approval is granted the return must meet the following guidelines.

The merchandise must be current models in new unmarked cartons with all original packing, accessories and literature intact and in new condition.

A returned authorization (RA) must be requested in writing by the customer. This request must be explicit in defining the reason(s) for wanting to return the merchandise to Avlex. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Returned merchandise must be properly packed in an appropriate shipping carton and shipped freight prepaid.

All returns must reference the RA number and include a packing list. The credit price will be the current dealer price or the price actually paid less any discounts or allowances deducted from the payment, whichever is lower.

Merchandise will be carefully inspected for price markings, shopworn boxes, broken seals, missing accessories or missing literature and documentation. Avlex reserves the right to reject any returned merchandise that is not in new condition and to return such merchandise to the customer at the customer’s expense, in which event no credit will be issued. A restocking charge will be invoiced to the customer for non-defective returns or the product may be returned to the customer.

If Avlex elects to accept the return of merchandise that is not in new condition the cost of any required replacement packaging, missing accessories, (including cables, brackets, hardware, windscreens, etc.), and user guides or other printed materials will be charged back at current prices together with a repackaging charge equal to the greater of $10.00 or 10% of the current product price.

Credits will be issued to match the customer’s packing list, and if necessary, a rebilling will be issued immediately to correct any discrepancies and to cover any charges under the items above.
